THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 98.53% of the results from the Ondo State governorship election to its Result Viewing Portal.
Results from 3,895 polling unit out of 3,933 where the election took place have been made available online as of 5:53am on Sunday.
Though 18 political parties participated in the election, incumbent governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and former deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi are seen as the main contenders.
While Aiyedatiwa ran on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ajayi ran on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
