While that video gives us a glimpse of the upcoming flagship phone, a lengthy 45-second teaser video of the OnePlus 13 shared by the company on Weibo flaunts the flat display and rear design of the device in full.

As you may know, OnePlus has opted for curved glass for its display all this year. However, the official teaser video confirms that the OnePlus 13 sports a flat display. However, there is a bit of curves around the edges, but they’re not so prominent. Since curved displays aren’t handy for using screen protectors, the choice of a flat display must be handy for users.

Besides, the teaser video also displays the rear-back design of the OnePlus 13. In the video, you can see the device in three colors – White Dawn (white), Blue Moment (blue), and Obsidian Secret (black). What’s interesting is that each color variants have nice but different rear textures.

The back panel of the device has nice textures

While the white color appears to have a simple texture, the blue color of the upcoming Android phone seems to feature a faux leather finish. That said, the black one appears to be an interesting choice, thanks to the wooden texture finish.

The video further confirms the existence of the mute switch and the punch-hole selfie camera. Another notable difference seen in the video is related to the rear camera module. Not to forget, the OnePlus 12 had a metal strip connected to the camera module that extended to the edge.

However, there’s nothing as such on the OnePlus 13. Besides, the OnePlus 13 has the Hasselblad logo in a different position this time around. Moreover, that logo used to sit on the rear camera setup, now it sits at the upper right of the rear panel.
