The OPPO Find X8 will have the thinnest bezels on the market, it seems. Pete Lau has shared a rather interesting image via X, and Ice Universe explained what we’re looking at.

You can check out that image below this paragraph. The iPhone 16 Pro and OPPO Find X8 are shown here. You can see how thin the bezels are on the two phones, it’s almost impossible to see which bezels are thinner. If you focus, though, you’ll realize that the Find X8 has thinner bezels.
Ice Universe, one of the best-known tipsters out there, confirmed that the OPPO Find X8 will include bezels that are 1.45mm thick. Yes, tehy will be uniform, so they’ll be that thin on all sides.
He also clearly said that the OPPO Find X8 will have “the narrowest bezel in the world”. We did expect thin bezels on the OPPO Find X8, but not that thin, while we also wasn’t sure if they’ll be uniform. This is surprising in a good way.
The OPPO Find X8 series could launch on October 21
In addition to that, another accurate tipster, Digital Chat Station, talked about the launch date of the phone. The OPPO Find X8 series is expected to arrive on October 21. He doesn’t seem to be 100% sure of that, but that’s what he’s expecting.
As a reminder, ColorOS 15 will become official on October 17, and it will be focused on AI. If you expected that OPPO’s new flagships would arrive on the same date, well, that won’t happen, it seems.
OPPO did confirm soon after the OPPO Find X7 series launched that the OPPO Find X8 series will launch globally. The OPPO Find X7 series did not, unfortunately, but we have a lot to look forward to with their successors.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to fuel the most powerful smartphone in the series, presumably called the OPPO Find X8 Ultra. OPPO could use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 in the Find X8, we’ll have to wait and see. We’re still not sure if the OPPO Find X8 Pro is coming or not, as the Find X7 Pro never arrived.
