Politics in Nigeria just got brutally honest! Watch What Happened.

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has boldly declared that opposition parties have lost their teeth nationwide, with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) failing to make any meaningful impact in recent elections.

Speaking after the APC state congress in Ilorin, where Prince Sunday Fagbemi and other members of the 34-man executive were affirmed, AbdulRazaq left no room for doubt. “As you can see, opposition has collapsed nationally. As you can see from elections nationally, ADC has not shown any presence at all in the electoral process,” he declared.

The governor highlighted that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara has already lost members to the ruling APC, while some shifted to the ADC — yet, according to him, the opposition remains weak and ineffective.

AbdulRazaq warned against complacency, stressing that APC must continue working hard to consolidate gains and maintain dominance. “We need to work hard and continue to build on what we have achieved so far,” he added, signaling a no-holds-barred approach to future elections.

The statement has set social media ablaze, sparking debates about whether the opposition really stands a chance in 2027 and whether ADC’s failure reflects deeper organizational weaknesses.
