Nigerian music star Paul Okoye in what seems like a subtle shade to his twin brother, Peter Okoye has counseled his colleagues.
Via his Instagram story, Paul admonished artists and musicians to spend wisely and invest wisely so that they wouldn’t be looking for money that isn’t lost.
“Dear artiste/musician. Spend wisely and invest wisely. So that tomorrow you no go dey find money wey no loss”.
This is coming amid his elder brother’s arraignment at FHC in Ikoyi, for an alleged N1.38 billion fraud by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
Paul, while speaking to the press during one of the court proceedings, had accused Peter of putting their brother in prison as he vowed to bring him out.
His counsel to his colleagues didn’t with some netizens.

Recall that in 2023, Psquare had fallen out again because of the joint funds being diverted by their elder brother, Jude Okoye.
In an interview, Paul recounted how Peter got him and their older brother, Jude Okoye, arrested by EFCC in December 2023. Luckily for him, after a thorough investigation conducted by the commission, he was declared innocent of all the allegations levelled against him.
Peter, however, denied Paul’s claims of arresting him. He noted how Paul, rather than joining forces with him to reclaim their number one spot in the music industry, chose to team up with their elder brother, Jude Okoye, to marginalise and humiliate him. He further claimed that his twin brother has constantly disrespected him, his wife, his family, his talent, his ideas and more.
