Paul Rudd Shares His Secret to Eternal Youth – And it's Completely Free For Everyone

The ongoing conundrum of Paul Rudd’s inability to age is one that has now been a thing of pop culture for over two decades. While the 53-year-old is ready to once again take on the role of Scott Lang, aka Ant-Man, in the MCU’s Phase 5 starter movie Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the actor discussed his ever-youthful appearance with Men’s Health magazine and explained his very simple and completely free secret. Rudd said:

Having been voted People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2021, Rudd has obviously been doing something right, so why would anyone not want to follow his simple advice? As far as the actor is concerned, those people who have less sleep in order to get up and train early really are “doing themselves a disservice.” However, Rudd did admit that since becoming the MCU’s Ant-Man, he now does cardio before having anything to eat, along with a cup of coffee, something he would never have taken part in before his MCU days.

Among some of the muscle-bound mighty men and women of Marvel and DC Comics, Paul Rudd never envisioned himself as the type of person who would ever find himself being part of the biggest superhero franchise in the world. He continued:

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is Rudd’s third solo movie as Scott Lang, and while the film finds him on a high after helping save the world from Thanos, it isn’t long before trouble comes knocking as Lang becomes the first of the Avengers to come face to face with Kang the Conqueror. While the Quantum Realm will be the primary setting for the movie, it is clear that Kang’s presence will soon be felt across the MCU and, indeed, the wider multiverse, and whether Ant-Man will survive his encounter or become the first of many casualties to come is currently unclear. However, one thing for sure is that having been instrumental in saving the world in his last appearance, Scott Lang is about to play a role in instigating the next big threat to the Marvel Universe.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is released on Feb. 17.
