Dallas Mavericks forward P.J. Washington has been ordered to pay Brittany Renner, the mother of his four-year-old son, $5,500 a month in child support.

A judge also ordered him to pay a $130,000 lump sum.

In newly filed court documents, Renner stated that Washington has no outstanding child support payments, indicating that Washington has stayed current on his obligations.

The filing comes just weeks after Washington finalized a four-year, $90 million contract extension with Dallas. The deal, first reported by agent Kevin Bradbury of Lift Sports Management to ESPN on September 3, secures the 2019 Charlotte Hornets draft pick with the Mavericks through 2028.

The pair went viral weeks back when a video of a physical clash was leaked online.

Washington and his wife, Alisah Chanel, are seen in a tense exchange with Renner, outside her home.

Renner, accompanied by her mother, is shown handing over a crying PJ Jr. during the custody handoff. “Every time that he does this, I’m going to record this,” she says on camera, pointing to her son’s tears. “Because that’s not okay.”

Renner goes on to allege that it’s “the third time” her son has become visibly upset during the exchange, telling Washington: “He doesn’t want to go with you. So, actually show up and do something with him. ’Cause he does this every time.”

Washington disputes the claim, accusing Renner and her mother of “babying” the child. Off-camera, another voice is heard saying, “That’s terrible. Three weeks in a row.”
