Controversial singer Portable has knocked socialite, Cubana Chief Priest, over his open letter to President Tinubu following the life imprisonment of Nnamdi Kanu.
Kemi Filani reported that Chief Priest had informed Tinubu that he would never receive 10,000 votes from the South East in 2027 if Nnamdi remained in jail. He told him to either appeal this judgment and get it right or be ready to check out of the Villa in 2027.
Taking to his comment section, Portable knocked him for not saying it to Tinubu’s face when they met in May.
He informed Chief Priest that he can’t have power pass government and rebuked him for collecting money from Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu.

In May, Portable challenged socialite Chief Priest to a boxing match. Portable said he holds no grudge or ill feelings toward the socialite but was looking for ways to make more money. Making his monetary terms known, he added that he would fight Davido’s best friend for N100 million.
Last year, Portable had penned a heartfelt note to Chief Priest after he shared a video of him and his wife listening to one of Portable’s songs. Portable expressed gratitude to him as he praised the socialite.
In other news, Portable had made an announcement ahead of the 2027 elections. He revealed that he will only vote for any presidential candidate who gives him money and makes sure his fans vote for him.
The controversial singer had expressed disappointment after meeting Peter Obi in Benin City, Edo State, and he didn’t give him any money. He expressed belief that Tinubu would have given him money if he had the opportunity of meeting him.
Opening up about their meeting in June, Portable said he only received a handshake when he met the politician, who was flying economy, while he was flying first class.
In July, the street singer had met Seyi Tinubu, who he stated had changed his life. Sending a message to Nigerians, he assured them that they would be better.
