President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to visit Kaduna State on Friday, September 19, the Presidency has announced.
According to a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President will attend the wedding ceremony between Nasirudeen Yari and Safiyya Shehu Idris in Kaduna. Nasirudeen is the son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, who represents Zamfara West in the National Assembly.
During the visit, President Tinubu will also pay a courtesy call on Aisha Buhari, widow of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari, at the family residence in Kaduna.
The President is expected to return to Abuja later on the same day.
