Nigerian music video director, ThankGod Omori, popularly known as TG Omori, has shared how choosing celibacy has improved his life.

Naijaonpoint reports that the 29-year-old director revealed on X that his decision to stay celibate solved a large part of the challenges he had been facing.

He wrote: “Since I took my oath of celibacy half of my problems were solved.”

Omori, who started directing films as a teenager before studying at PEFTI Film Institute, has worked with some of the biggest names in Nigerian music, including Wizkid, Burna Boy, Davido, Olamide, Asake and Naira Marley.

His recent disclosure comes months after he spoke about his health struggles.

In August 2024, he revealed that his brother donated a kidney to him in a transplant that was not successful.

He later informed his fans that he was still recovering from the procedure and thanked them for their support.

In other news, Nollywood actress, Liz DaSilva, has disclosed how she almost had an accident during a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan.

Naijaonpoint reports that an MRI uses strong magnets to capture detailed images of the body.

Metal objects are strictly prohibited during the scan as they can be pulled by the magnet, causing injury or affecting results.
