Rapper Odumodublvck is scheduled to appear in court on November 26, 2025, over alleged assault and battery charges filed against him by entertainer and photographer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent.
Per court filings, the charges stem from an alleged incident that occurred in Lagos in late September, during which Kraziecent accused the rapper—whose real name is Tochukwu Ojogwu—of physically assaulting him during a backstage dispute at a private entertainment event.
A December 16, 2024, incident in which Kraziecent alleged the rapper attacked him without cause is the basis for the prosecution.
The confrontation left Kraziecent with bodily bruises, psychological distress, and a damaged iPhone, according to court filings.
Kraziecent was allegedly assaulted by Odumodublvck when he was inside the venue shooting pictures and films, according to his legal team. The rapper’s actions were described as intentional and unprovoked.
The victim also requested compensation for his injuries, psychological suffering, gadget damage, and reputational injury in the documents.
In addition, his attorneys have asked for a restraining order to stop further harassment and a public apology from Odumodublvck on social media and in national newspapers.
Odumodublvck’s management has not yet issued a public statement regarding the development, though sources close to the artist suggest his legal team is preparing to contest the allegations.
