Real Boston Richey has been accused of choking his ex-girlfriend, 19-year-old Tatiana Charles, also known as “Tati,” who is currently two months pregnant with the rapper’s child.
Boston Rochey is 28, and Tati is 19.
According to a newly surfaced police report, Tati claims the altercation went down at a private residence after an argument escalated. The rapper then allegedly snatched her phone, stopping her from calling for help or filming the incident.

Tati says that the rapper then wrapped his hands around her neck as many as 20 times, each instance lasting six to 10 seconds, and that she feared she would not make it out of the incident alive. Tati says that towards the end of the altercation, Richey pushed her down in the car and placed his knee on her neck to stop breathing for several seconds before threatening to kill her if she told the police.
The rapper has now been hit with a charge of Assault Family Violence – Impeding Breathing.
Footage of the rapper snatching Tati’s phone in a separate incident circulated online last month.
