Ray J is opening up about a painful holiday season spent apart from his children.
His estranged wife, Princess Love, was granted an extension of a no-contact restraining order.
In a video posted on Christmas Day, Ray J showed a decorated tree standing alone with no gifts beneath it, calling it a “lonely Christmas.” In the caption, he reflected on the absence of his children, writing, “No kids, no presents, no little feet running around. Just a tree and the weight of missing what matters most.”
He added, “I’m learning the hard way. Life teaches in many ways. I’m listening.” The singer also revealed that he will miss his son’s birthday.

... comes weeks after a California judge extended a restraining order following Ray J’s November arrest related to an alleged domestic incident. Love accused Ray J of pointing a weapon at her while her children were in the home. The couple shares two children, Melody, 7, and Epik, who turned six over the holiday break.
Princess Love addressed the situation publicly as well, urging Ray J to seek help. “You’re more than drunk,” she said in a video, emphasizing that her priority has always been protecting their kids.
