Ray J has responded to a defamation lawsuit filed against him by Kim Kardashian and her momager Kris Jenner, after he claimed he is working with the feds to build a RICO case against them.
“They will not silence me, I cannot be silenced. […] I can’t take no more hush money,” he said in the video below. “I can’t take no more disrespect, I can’t take no more low morale of who I am. I’ve got a daughter and a son and I’m not f–king doing it no more, bro.”
While on livestream last month, Ray J made the following claims:
“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” he alleged at the time. “I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’ma say a lot of s–t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now. The feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
The Kardashians denied his allegations and in their lawsuit.
“No such federal investigation exists; no law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against Ms. Kardashian or Ms. Jenner; and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations,” the legal documents read.
