Realtime Int’l Film Festival turns 10, releases global selection

THE Realtime International Film Festival (RTF) is marking its 10th anniversary with an official selection of films from a diverse range of 55 countries. This year’s edition will be held from October 17-19 in the UK and October 24-25 in Lagos, Nigeria.

The official selection includes a wide variety of film durations and titles. Some of the featured projects are “The Closures,” with a duration of 1 hour, 12 minutes, and 39 seconds, and “ACCROCHE (HOOKED),” at 1 hour, 41 minutes, and 41 seconds. Other films on the list include “UNKNOWN SOJA” (2:20:10), “ANJOLA” (1:31:57), “Biohack Yourself” (1:35:00), and “Chœurs Atlantiques | Tales from the Atlantic Beyond” (1:59:00).

The selection also features a range of short films, such as “Fractured” (00:01:47), “Undying Love” (00:00:59), “The Handkerchief” (00:01:28), and “Sold Dolls” (00:01:25). Long-form works like “SABBATH” (1:59:00), “Life, Once More” (1:40:38), “The Funeral Of Kwadae” (1:45:00), and “THE MASKED KING” (1:58:00) are also part of the official selection.

The films selected for RTF10 represent countries from all over the world, including Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States, among many others.
