NFL commissioner Roger Goodell says that the league will continue its relationship with Jay-Z and Roc Nation despite the recent r-pe allegations made against him.
“We are aware of the civil allegations and Jay Z’s really strong response to that,” Goodell said at a press conference in Irving, Texas. “We know obviously that litigation is happening. But from our standpoint our relationship is not changing with them, including our preparations for the next Super Bowl.”

Jay-Z has denied the allegations and said he is ready to fight attorney Tony Buzbee in court. He claims he is being extorted and taunted Buzbee, telling him and his client to file a criminal lawsuit against him.
Some fans have called for the NFL to sever ties with Jay but Goodell says it’s not happening anythime soon.
Goodell added that Roc Nation is “getting incredibly comfortable” with its part in not only the Super Bowl but also “other events they’ve advised us on and helped us with.”
