Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami is celebrating his colleague and friend, Allwell Ademola, on her 50th posthumous birthday.
In a post on one of his social media pages, he expressed how much he misses Allwell, calling on the public to celebrate her by using the picture on his page.
The actor announced that he had released a movie, Until My Last Breath, which is Allwell’s true-life love story.
“Happy 50th birthday, Shuga Boo.
Miss you.
Kindly help me celebrate Allwell by using the picture on the last slide.
Until my last breath (Titilailai).
It’s her true life love story”.
Also celebrating her, Bimbo Afolayan noted how this is Allwell’s first birthday without her. She said the day is boring without her; however, she is at peace knowing she is in a safe place.

You are in peace, I know.
It’s boring without you tho. I take peace in knowing you are in a safe place.
When I remember this day, I will forever appreciate how you used to be one of the first people to wish me happy birthday.

Fausat Balogun commented on Rotimi’s post with crying emojis.

Faithia Williams commented with love and sad emojis.
While counting down to Allwell’s birthday, Rotimi said though Allwell is gone, her works will live forever.
Refreshing your memory, on December 27th that the actress had passed away after suffering a heart attack at her residence.
While speaking on the Oyinmomo TV program, Salami said he believes the actress’s passing was simply her time, noting that cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, regardless of how careful they are with their health.
In an official family announcement, Allwell’s family revealed that the actress was 49 years old and expressed appreciation for the overwhelming love, prayers, and messages of condolences from her colleagues, friends, and well-wishers.
In January, a Service of Songs and Candlelight service was held for her, and a day later, she was finally laid to rest.
At the event were Wumi Toriola, Afeez Owo, Kunle Afod, Faithia Williams, Biola Bayo, Mr Latin, Odunlade Adekola, Jayeola Monje, Toyin Alausa, Regina Chukwu, Eniola Ajao, Yemi Solade, Saidi Balogun, Bakare Zainab, Tawa Ajisefinni, Semilore Pweety, Rotimi Salami, Fausat Balogun, Foluke Daramola, Jigan Babaoja and a host of others.
At her Service of Songs, Biola, in her speech, noted how nobody knows what tomorrow holds and advised the public to value and love their loved ones. She described the deceased as her sister and friend and expressed happiness that she supported the movie star while she was alive.
Rotimi said Allwell was the one who discovered him when he was struggling in Nollywood. He said she cleaned him up, and his suffering became a thing of the past.
A few weeks ago, Biola Bayo recounted her last moment on set with Allwell. She said the actress didn’t want her role to die in the movie they shot, and they had to improvise.
Salami had responded to a troll who slammed him for using the late actress to promote the movie. He noted how people comment with such ignorance and admonished the troll to keep quiet and not promote the works of their late loved ones.
While others celebrated their mothers on Mother’s Day, Salami honoured Allwell with a heartbreak post.
