The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is expected to debut around late February 2022, since the Galaxy S21 FE’s launch reportedly has been pushed to January. Now, months ahead of the launch, the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ tempered glasses manufactured by a third-party accessory manufacturer have surfaced online, courtesy of a reliable tipster. The image shows Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+ corners will be more rounded than this year’s models. What’s interesting to note are the bezels around the screen are uniformly narrow, something similar to the iPhones. This suggests the Samsung Galaxy S22 series will have equal bezels on all sides.
Speculations are rife the Galaxy S22 Ultra will have a rectangular and boxy design, reminiscent of the Galaxy Note series. It could have stylus support as well. 91mobiles had exclusively revealed the Samsung Galaxy S22+ renders that showed off the smartphone’s entire design.
Since the Samsung Galaxy S22 is the company’s premium flagship, it will feature a high-end Qualcomm chipset, probably the Snapdragon 898 chipset that is poised to debut in December this year. Though Xiaomi Mi 11 was the first to ship with Snapdragon 888 last year, things might change this year as there are chances the Galaxy S22 series might be the first to get the Snapdragon 898 SoC.
