Garrick Merrifield, known for his role on TLC’s reality series Seeking Sister Wife, was arrested on Monday, November 24, in Colorado on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
According to a report from TMZ, Merrifield was taken into custody in Chaffee County and later released after posting bond.
Court records show that he was charged with telephone-obstruct service. Under Colorado law, interrupting or interfering with the use of an electronic communication device is a serious offense, as it can prevent someone from contacting emergency services.
