Serenity Royale Hospital, Abuja, has broken its silence following the leak of a medical report regarding its client, Regina Daniels.
Kemi Filani reported on Thursday that the actress‘ medical report, was shared online, showing that she has been battling severe substance abuse involving cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and other hard drugs.
The report, covered her detoxification programme, indicating that she tested positive for multiple psychoactive substances, including marijuana, cocaine, morphine, opiates, and high levels of alcohol.
On their official Instagram page, the management of the mental health and rehab facility denied releasing the detox report of Regina Daniels to the media. The management made it known that the circulation of the report didn’t emanate from them and urged the public to disregard the same.
The facility added that it remains committed to high-standard medical practice, with a strong commitment to ensuring medical confidentiality.
Recall that following accusations of domestic violence abuse from Regina, Ned, in a public statement, had attributed the tension to what he described as her “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse.” According to Nwoko, his efforts to help his wife seek professional treatment were resisted.
In another public statement, he alleged that Regina’s siblings and her Uche Montana, defied his instructions to rehabilitate Regina. He said they would come to the house uninvited, sometimes forcing their way in, and would bring her the same drugs she was being treated for.
While responding to him, Regina pointed out the irony in which Ned wanted her to go to rehab, when in reality, he was the one cheering on her to get high, because it made her sexier, wild and romantic.
