While the scene itself works, although possibly seems a bit redundant considering the likelihood of it paying off is slim at present, it seems that it was intended to include different characters. Zachary Levi explained in a new video on his Instagram account that in the end, ...-credits scene that had been planned had ultimately been “thwarted,” but he wanted to set the record straight on a few things, including the backlash James Gunn received for Jennifer Holland’s appearance, and revealing the Black Adam characters that should have appeared in the scene. Levi said:
