Media personality Toke Makinwa is celebrating one year with her daughter, Yakira Eliana.
Sharing photos of herself and her mini-me, she noted how it has been one year with her daughter. Makinwa said her daughter came into her life, took over everything and made it all make sense.
The former OAP said she is obsessed with her daughter.
“One year with the tiny human who came into my life, took over everything and somehow made it all make sense.
Yaya, mama is completely obsessed with you”.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday, Toke’s daughter turned one and the proud mother had revealed her face to the world.
While sharing more photos of her mini-me, in another post, she described her as her greatest blessing, which she keeps close. She said the world is brighter because of her daughter, and declared words on her.
Following her daughter’s birthday, Toke shared photos of her and her daughter in matching black outfits, expressing happiness. She gushed over her daughter, calling her ‘her’ finest work, greatest love, and answered prayer.
On her daughter’s birthday eve, Toke a video from her pregnancy era, expressing how emotional she is, while giving a shout-out to other girl moms.
In a previous post, she jokingly said people have to respect her now and address her differently because she now has a one-year-old child. She revealed that she will be flying her daughter to London for her birthday celebration.
While counting down to her daughter’s first birthday, Makinwa shared a goofy video of herself and her cute baby girl, saying she was emotional over her daughter turning one, and wasn’t ready to say goodbye to the baby stage.
On her daughter’s 11-months birthday, Toke gifted her a Ange Rover as she excitedly counted down to her big one.
Recall that last year, was undoubtedly the best year for the former OAP as she welcomed her first child, a baby girl, named Yakira Eliana at 40.
Since welcoming her child, Toke has blessed us with glimpses of her new life as a mother.
