Nigerian singer Harrysong has shown off the house he is building for his late grandma.
On his Instagram page, he shared a video of himself visiting the uncompleted building, revealing that it would be completed in a few weeks for her.
He revealed that his grandma’s burial is on the 21st and 22nd of April.
“This will be completed in a few weeks for Grandma Burial. 21st and 22nd April. RIP mama. We love you”.
A few weeks back, Harrysong had sent a cease and desist order to his estranged wife, Alexer Peres, over her emotional abuse claims. Through his lawyers, he issued her a 14-day ultimatum to adhere to their instructions, making it clear that failure to comply will result in monetary damages of N1 billion and equitable relief against her.
Reacting to it, Alexer alleged that the singer was sending his friends and sisters to post lies as damage control while he hid behind the camera.
The lawsuit came after, Alexer had announced her decision to temporarily give up custody of their two children in an emotional video. She described the move as the hardest decision of her life, citing years of pressure following her separation from the singer. Alexer accused Harrysong of constant harassment and interference, alleging that he frequently showed up at her home unannounced.
Responding to her, Harrysong said he has chosen to remain silent to protect their kids. The singer stated that he is an active and present father and has continued to provide for them. He said the narrative about him is deeply hurtful and risks damaging the very image and career that supports their children.
In another post, she accused him of manipulating and posting her kids. The mother of two said she wasn’t backing down anymore and vowed to fight for them.
Early last year, Alexer had hinted at officially ending her marriage to the singer. She finally took the bold step she had always wanted and is now a free woman.
2024 was definitely a challenging year for Alexer, whose marriage to Harrysong hit the rocks and led to the loss of her third pregnancy. Harrysong had accused her of infidelity, citing that she had cheated on him during their marriage and while she was pregnant.
