the Enugu state Governor, Peter Ndubisi Mbah has calle for an emergency town hall meeting with all relevant stakeholders and opinions leaders in the state.
In a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, the meeting is in “pursuant to the cancellation of the sit-at-home order by the Enugu State Government, effective 5th June, 2023, and as a follow-up to the earlier consultations with various groups.”
According to Prof. Onyia, all heads of security agencies, traditional rulers, as well as key players in the state economic growth, are expected to assemble at Banquet Hall, Old Government Lodge, Abakaliki Road, GRA, Enugu, by 10:30 AM, on Saturday, 10th June, 2023, for the meeting.
