The next PlayStation 5 restock has been confirmed for April 22 2022, 12 PM. Both the standard PS5 and the Digital Edition will be up for sale, and additionally, ShopatSC will be offering a Grand Turismo 7 bundle which includes the standard PS5 with Grand Turismo 7 at Rs 54,490.

Grand Turismo 7 is one of the most popular first-party PlayStation titles and in case you were planning on buying a PS5 copy anway, the GT7 bundle seems like a pretty good option. Stock will most likely be available at the usual online retailers – Amazon, Flipkart, ShopatSC, GamesTheShop, and more.

This will be the 4th restock of the year, which means that there has been, so far, a restock every month of the year in India, which is pretty great.

Next PlayStation 5 Restock Takes Place on April 22, 12 PM

PlayStation 5

The PlayStation 5 continues to sell extremely well and has become one of the fastest-selling consoles in Sony’s history, despite the persistent supply chain issues and the global chip shortage. The appeal of the PS5 is bolstered by its solid offering of first-party games including the likes of Demon’s Souls, Gran Turismo 7, Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, and Returnal.

While restocks have been quite frequent, there have also been several issues regarding orders with several retailers. Many customers have complained about their orders getting cancelled soon after having placed them.

SIE recently announced their answer to the Game Pass, a revamped PlayStation Plus. The new service has three tiers, with the first one being the standard PS Plus in its current form, while the other two offer services like cloud gaming as well as access to a large catalogue of games.

The new service is set for a regional launch in June in select markets in the Asia region. It hasn’t yet been confirmed if India is indeed one of those markets.
