The Nigerian stock market on Thursday extends the bullish trend as the All Share Index grew by 0.93% to close at 53,998.12 points from the previous close of 53,499.68 points.
The Market Capitalisation appreciated by 0.93% to close at N29.411 trillion from the previous close of N29.140 trillion, thereby adding N271 billion.
An aggregate of 2.869 billion units of shares were traded in 3,940 deals, valued at N8 billion.
The Market Breadth closed positive as 26 equities emerged as gainers against 13 equities that declined in their share prices.
Percentage Gainers

MRS led other gainers with 10.00% growth to close at N17.60 from the previous close of 16.00.
Northern Nigerian Flour Mills, International Energy Insurance and SEPLAT among other gainers also grew their share prices by 9.88%, 9.76% and 9.50% respectively.
Percentage Losers

Sunu Assurance led other price decliners as it shed 8.11% of its share price to close at N0.34 from the previous close of N0.37.
Mutual Benefits and Linkage Assurance among other price decliners also shed their share prices by 7.69% and 6.25% respectively.
Volume Drivers

Universal Insurance traded about 2.7 billion units of its shares in 8 deals, valued at N543 million.
GTCO traded about 13.9 million units of its shares in 278 deals, valued at N349.9 million.
Sterling Bank traded about 10 million units of its shares in 72 deals, valued at N17 million.
