Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has penned a sweet message to her gënder.
Taking to her Instagram page, the mother of one encouraged ladies to take care of themselves and let the true value of themselves exude. She admonished them to suffer less, take care of themselves more, and protect more of what they desire.
She stressed that ladies should take care of themselves in particular, especially in the area of what makes them function, blossom, be joyful, and be happy.
“Dear sisters, please take care of you and let the true value of you exude,
This year pls let’s suffer less, and take care of ourselves more
And project more of what you desire, what is good for you,
What makes you function, what makes you blossom, what makes you joyful,
What makes you happy,

Bimpe is known to constantly dish out words of advice to her gënder, single mothers, and men.
A few days back, she used Lateef Adedimeji’s new movie, Lisabi 2, to advise men to appreciate their wives as she revealed that she realized that without the support of a woman, it’s likely a man will keep trying and never win.
To to mark the New Year, Bimpe had spoken up about the power a woman possessed that would not allow her to be trampled. She gave kudos to women who picked up the pieces and rebuilt themselves after breaking down for a while. She prayed for strength to keep moving against all odds and assurance to receive everything they hoped, prayed for, worked, and looked for.
Last year, Akintunde had spoken out on the ills of being a single parent. She revealed that nothing kills a woman faster than single parenting, and stated that being a single mum isn’t something anyone prays for, but life happens. Bimpe admonished men to take responsibility whenever they put a woman in a family way.
In a message to single mothers, Bimpe revealed that she was a single mother for 8 years and wasn’t in a relationship for close to two years. Disclosing why, she encouraged others to be like her and admitted that being single sucks, but it’s not the end of the world.
The actress also wrote a touching letter to single mothers, advising them to take it easy on themselves and give themselves a break. She noted how no one chooses to be a single mom, hence, why they shouldn’t be too hard on themselves. She encouraged them always to be positive, work harder, pray harder, and never give up.
