Sunmbo Adeoye, one of the mothers of legendary singer 2baba’s seven kids, is celebrating their son Zion Idibia’s 17th birthday.
On her Instagram page, Sunmbo shared adorable photos and videos of her, her eldest son Nino and Zion celebrating his birthday at a restaurant and a cinema. She expressed gratitude to God for the gift and wished him a happy birthday.

Last year, to celebrate his 16th birthday, Sunmbo expressed how proud she was of him as she poured praise on him. Describing his heart as beautiful, she noted how content he is and expressed how much she loves his sense of humour and wisdom and how he never asks for anything.
In 2023, for Zion’s 15th birthday, Sunmbo had expressed gratitude to him for his act of service and willingness to volunteer and help at all times and for his genuineness of heart and for the love he shows all his siblings and parents. Describing him as her baby, Sunmbo Adeoye rained powerful prayers on him.
In a different news, while Sunmbo and her husband celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary, she appreciated him for embracing her and her two sons and accepting them with open arms.
Last year, Sunmbo had said a word of prayer for single parents, as she admonished them not to be bothered about who will be a parent, and mentor to their kids. She noted how God will send The One in due season. Using herself as an example, she prayed that as God gave her boys the greatest mentor, God would answer the prayers of single mothers over their kids.
In another post, she had sent a message to single parents, noting that single motherhood isn’t a life-threatening nor a contagious spell. She told them that if the person approaching them for marriage is judging them by such a label, then they don’t deserve to marry them.
