Note how careful this article is. It’s quite clear that this fellow was an Islamic jihadi wearing a djellaba and carrying Islamic literature, but all that we’re told is that he was uttering threats that had “religious indications” and was wearing “ankle-length clothing.” This unwillingness to come right out and state the obvious seems to be coming from the police. Are they afraid, in shattered, staggering, dhimmi Sweden, to appear “Islamophobic”?

A person who is loosely described as a “man in his 60s” was arrested on Wednesday by the police after entering the Friends Arena in Stockholm, where the national football team was training for the European Championship qualifiers. The man uttered threats and also had bags with suspected dangerous contents.
The arena manager states that the security procedures were broken and that the man made it far into the facility in a way that he should not have been able to do. With the contents of the bags the man had with him, he would, according to his own statement, “create disorder and chaos.”
Police and security officers at Friends Arena state that the threats had “religious indications.” Photos from the incident show that the man was wearing ankle-length clothing at the time.
In connection with the arrest, the police blocked off the arena completely for entry and exit. Union captain Janne Andersson and the national team players were allowed to leave the arena at 3:30 p.m.
The police state that a preliminary investigation has been launched into gross illegal threats and preparations for gross public/dangerous devastation. According to information, the man claimed that he had a bomb with him.
At the time of writing, the police have neither confirmed nor denied that the items the man left behind really were of that kind. The arrested person is already known to the police and has been convicted of, among other things, violence against officials and illegal trespassing.
