Tekashi 6ix9ine has been released from prison after being sentenced to 45 days for a series of probation violations.

The rapper was released on Thursday and will now have to serve out his year of probation and electronic monitoring.

The rapper must also get a full-time job and must reside at the address given to law enforcement, meaning he cannot flee the country again as he did previously.

The rapper violated parole at least three times and was carried back to jail for performing in Las Vegas without permission from his probation department, testing positive for meth during a drug screening, and failing to take another required drug test.

The rapper was arrested in the Dominican Republic for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Yailín la Más Viral, in January as well as assaulting two music producers in the Dominican Republic. In 2015, he pleaded guilty in 2015 to using a 13-year-old in a sexual performance.

He is best known for snitching on Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members to reduce a possible life sentence to just two years.
