Rookie: The Feds Its first winter finale aired, and “Flashback” proved that a spin-off could deliver the same intense and unexpected cliffhangers as those in the original series. Delve into the loop GarzaPanama’s past and the loss of a woman he clearly loved years ago, while being accused of espionage and arrested by the FBI in the present day. It was up to Simon And the team to find a way to help him without having to provide a lot of information. In the end, his name is cleared, and he takes a quiet moment to honor the dearly departed Camila…only to collapse to the ground. It was a shocking development, but I’m not scared yet!
How Rookie: The Feds left Garza’s life in danger
A “flashback” predicted the breakup minutes earlier, when he admitted he was tired of Simon, and was smothered before admitting that he and Camila had made plans for a future together and wished she could be there with him. Simon had to admit there was no end to the grief, but told him he “definitely honors her memory today.” When he had a moment alone, he said, “Today and every day.” That sentimental note could have been the end of the episode, had it not been a suspense-worthy Autumn!
Garza went to a cemetery to visit Camila’s grave and left her some flowers, while also going back to the time when he had to watch her die and carry her body away with flying bullets. Then, the episode seemingly decided to turn his emotional heartache into real heartache as he clutched his chest and collapsed to the floor, completely alone and motionless.
And I’ll admit it — when I first saw the scene, I was as freaked out as any fan of it Rookie: The Feds He would have been when it came to Garza after he’d been through a rough enough episode! With no one with him to see him collapse into unconsciousness and call for help, it’s hard to imagine him quickly getting the help he needs if he ever had a heart attack. But it didn’t take long for the show to make me feel a lot better about his fate.
Why aren’t you so worried about Garza
as it turns out, Rookie: The Feds (which was already Picked up for the whole season) I only needed thirty seconds to make me feel better about Garza’s prospects for survival in the second half of Season 1. Although the show is heading into a hiatus that won’t end until January, there was a promo that aired right after the episode that revealed that the return will also be half of a crossover with rookie rookieas such The two shows will be paired in the ABC lineup starting from 2023 TV premiere schedule.
The promo didn’t ease my mind by showing Garza alive and well, but it was 30 seconds of action-packed footage that offered no hint of a recent tragedy. feds, or even provoke a cliffhanger decision. If the decision was going to be as huge as killing off Garza, I can’t imagine the trailer wouldn’t already amplify it at least a little bit.
I Can Imagine him getting benched and/or needing some time to recover, but the picks showing off a fun crossover with no hint of heartbreak made me feel very positive about his future. Does the promotion guarantee that he’ll live, recover, and be back with the team before long? Absolutely not, and I could read a lot into it, but I’ll assume the best for now. take a look:
