The Expanse: Osiris Reborn Shares Mass Effect’s DNA
The upcoming sci-fi RPG set in The Expanse universe comes from Owlcat Games, the studio behind Warhammer 40K: Dark Heresy and Pathfinder: Kingmaker, among other popular RPGs. Osiris Reborn shares much of the same DNA as Mass Effect, and the game’s mechanics and physics appear similar to those seen in Mass Effect games in many ways.
Osiris Reborn pits you as the captain of your own crew, who you will need to manage and guide to complete various missions on the space station and across familiar locations in The Expanse universe. It’s a choice-driven sci-fi RPG where your decisions impact the trajectory of the story.
