President Bola Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Policy Communication, Daniel Bwala, has thrown shade at an unnamed nomadic politician, following defection from the Labour Party (LP) to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Naijaonpoint reports that Bwala, in a post via 𝕏 on Wednesday, described the ADC as a structure of criminality.
According to Tinubu’s aide, the nomadic politician will end up as a second fiddle or campaign DG in ADC.
He said, “Nomadic politicians joining the structure of criminality.
“The nomadic politician is continuing his wild goose chase by joining the structure of criminality.
“PDP- APGA- PDP- Labour- ADC, the wondering spirit still going to end up as a second fiddle or campaign DG.
“That is how your political trajectory would be if your adviser is a madman.”
Bwala’s remark comes in the wake of the defection of former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, from LP to ADC and his plans to run for the party’s ticket in 2027.
Meanwhile, Peter Obi recently said he has no time to respond to characters such as Bwala.
Naijaonpoint recalls that Bwala had, in an interview with Channels Television, labelled Peter Obi as ‘419’, stressing that there was no achievement during his tenure as Anambra State Governor.
Bwala claimed that Peter Obi fraudulently kept state government funds in a bank to accrue interest on the deposit for himself.
He said, “Peter Obi saved the money but he saved the money in a bank in which he was the chairman at the man, that is where he was making the money. He would always refer you to Anambra. He would say when I left I saved this…..There is a thing called asset and liability.
“When the man power to came and now explained how much liability they had, if you minus liability from what you believed to be the savings, there is nothing on ground. This is called pure 419.”
In response, Peter Obi, during an interview on the ‘Clarity Zone’ podcast with media personality, Nedu, said, “Ordinarily I do not answer these type of characters. When I left office, I was not owing any salary that the state is supposed to pay, I was not owing any gratuity, I was not owing any pension, I was not owing any supplier that had delivered his goods.”
