Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has alerted Nigerians about the new scam method.
Taking to her Instagram page, she admonished the public to beware when someone approaches them in public, crying and wailing, accusing them of making a fake transfer for something they allegedly bought. She stated that the crowd would gather, the tension would rise, and one would be forced to either pay up or rush to face jungle justice.
Tonto told her fans and followers to imagine the embarrassment, wasted time, potential property loss, or even harm to oneself before any help arrived. The single mother of one admonished the public to stay vigilant and stay safe because outside is wild.

Beware: Someone could approach you in public, crying and wailing, accusing you of making a fake transfer for something you allegedly bought. A crowd gathers, tensions rise, and you’re forced to either pay up or rush facing jungle justice.
Now imagine the embarrassment, wasted time, potential property loss, or even harm to yourself before any help arrives.

Similarly, Yoruba actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke had alerted her fans and followers on the new method of robbery on the highway. She shared a video of a man narrating how he was almost robbed on the highway and the strategy the robbers tried using on him. Ronke cautioned her fans to be careful of any strange act on the highway.
Nigerian singer, Spyro had admonished his gender to beware of beautiful women who he stated are the most terrible. He claimed that the devil was using such women. Spyro claimed that the devil brought down men. He told them to beware, be vigilant, and stay prayerful.
In a different news, Tonto had narrated how she mistakenly swallowed her contact lens. She revealed that at night she took off her transparent medicated contact lenses and kept them in a bottle of water. She woke up the next day thirsty and drank her contact lenses.
