The computer group will announce the results of its turnover in the fourth quarter.


Eurazeo announces today its entry into the capital of Sevetys alongside the management team and associated veterinarians. This investment should represent a total amount of approximately 250 million euros. Founded in 2017, Sevetys is a group of veterinary care establishments with more than 200 clinics spread throughout France. The group, which mainly specializes in care dedicated to companion animals, is expanding with the integration of more than 80 new structures since the beginning of 2022.


For the first half of 2022, Hexaom publishes a turnover of 549.8 million euros. This 10% growth in production, achieved on a like-for-like basis, is comparable to the first half of 2021 which had reached a historic level. For the second quarter of the current financial year, the company achieved a turnover of 289 .3 million euros, up 7.5% compared to the same period of the previous financial year.


Ipsen announced that its subsidiary Hibernia Merger Sub, Inc. has extended the term of its tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Epizyme, at a price of $1.45 per share , plus a non-transferable Guaranteed Value Certificate (CVG) per share, until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, August 11, 2022. The tender offer was previously scheduled to expire one minute after 11:59 p.m. , Eastern Time, Monday, August 8, 2022.

Maurel & Prom unveiled sharply higher results in the first half of 2022 thanks to high oil prices. The oil group’s net income of $138 million more than quadrupled over one year while the gross operating surplus jumped 113% to $250 million. The average oil selling price reached $105 per barrel compared to $63 per barrel in the first half of 2021.

Rothschild & Co

Rothschild & Co, a leading and international player in financial services, has unveiled its 2022 half-year results. 249 million euros, down 28%. Revenues for the first half of 2022 amounted to 1,375 million euros, up 2%.
