Nollywood actor Kanayo Kanayo has raised eyebrows with his visit to his parents’ graveside.
The veteran, via his Instagram page, shared a video of himself and his two sons visiting his parents’ graveside.
In his caption, he said whenever he visits home, he always visits his parents’ graveside to offer prayers for the repose of their souls. On his recent visit, he decided to take his sons to observe the tradition, hoping they would do the same for him.
“Whenever I visit my place of birth, I always visit my parents’ grave site to offer prayers for the repose of their souls. On this visit, I took my Sons to observe the tradition. Hopefully, they will do the same for me. Ya gazie”.
While some applauded him for introducing his kids to tradition, others disagreed with him.

Last year, Kanayo melted hearts with a video of him paying a surprise visit to his son, Montel, who was abroad. He revealed that he hadn’t seen his son in about a year. Gushing over him, he said his son is good and appreciated him for the hug.
In 2023, when Kanayo’s son gained admission to a University in America, the veteran prayed for his son to retain his sexuality. Kanayo prayed for his son to focus on his book and not tattoos and for him not to depart from his upbringing.
Also, in 2023, Kanayo stirred reactions for bringing his son into the movie industry. The veteran had shared a video of him and his son on movie set, he stated that his son was fast learning the ropes of the industry.
In other news, Kanayo had a message for the public as he blessed his son, Clinton, over his first Salary. Sharing a clip of him and his son, who brought his first Salary as a Nollywood production manager assistant, he admonished the public to take their first salary to their fathers for blessings and not their pastors.
