Legendary singer Innocent Idibia, better known as 2baba or 2face, has left the internet talking following his sweet gesture towards his wife, Natasha Idibia.
Kemi Filani reported days ago that the lawmaker representing Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly has officially joined the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).
The lawmaker, alongside other prominent political figures, received their membership card, marking the beginning of a new chapter with the political party.
In a memorable moment, the NDC National Leader, Senator Seriake Dickson, had invited 2baba to perform briefly at the ceremony.
In a clip making the rounds online, the legendary singer, dressed in blue jeans and a white top, sang his famous 2026 ‘One Love’ song to the cheers of the crowd.

Last year, November, the couple welcomed their first child. The gënder of the newborn is unknown as the couple played on Nigerians.
In January, they had dedicated their child in church. In photos and clips that made rounds online, 2baba, his wife and mother were captured with the newborn in a Catholic Church where they dedicated the child.
Last year, the Edo Assembly had summoned Natasha over a viral video of her and 2baba in an altercation in London. The Assembly had given her 7 days to appear before its Ethics Committee for questioning, as she was accused of dragging the House into disrepute.
A month after her baby’s christening, Natasha had expressed excitement at resuming work at the Edo Assembly. While addressing her colleagues, she expressed her happiness to be back from maternity leave.
In other news, last year Natasha proved to be a beauty with a brain, receiving the Best Legislator Award at the 2025 National Leadership Awards in Abuja. Expressing her gratitude, she stated that the recognition was for the people of Egor Constituency, Edo State, whose trust in her drives her commitment to women’s empowerment, education, healthcare, and youth development.
Also, last year, Natasha had bagged an HR awards and her singer husband, 2baba had praised her, describing her as a beautiful lawmaker, and made it known that he was strongly behind her.
