Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has finally reverted her son’s name to Churchill following reconciliation with his father.
Refreshing your memory, in 2019, Dikeh officially changed her son’s surname from her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, to her own, Dikeh, referring to him as King Andre Dikeh. She frequently referred to herself as both mother and father, having removed her ex-husband’s surname.
Now that she has reconciled with Churchill, she has reverted her son’s surname to Churchill.
In an Instagram post, the movie star made of her, Churchill and their son, she referred to him as King Andre Churchill.
Last month, Dikeh shocked many when she extended an olive branch to her ex-husband, Churchill. She revealed that after ten years of public battles, deep wounds, broken communication, bitterness, and pain, God stepped in.
Breaking his silence, Churchill said he was pleasantly surprised when he received a call from his son, King Andre, for the first time. Churchill said hearing him call “Daddy” was deeply touching and a reminder that what God can’t do doesn’t exist. The businessman expressed gratitude to Tonto, calling her the amazing mother of his son for doing a good job.
Taking to his comment section, Tonto called him Big church, stating that she is celebrating him.
Refreshing your memory, Tonto got married to Churchill in 2015, but like most marriages, it ended after two years.
Tonto cited domestic violence and irreconcilable differences, which, Churchill publicly denied.
