Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has finally joined her colleague, Funke Akindele, at the billionaire club.
The movie star has finally set a new record, as her 2025 movie, Oversabi Aunty, grosses N1 billion at the Box Office.
An emotional Toyin wrote a heartfelt note to the public, thanking God, her fans, Nigerians, cast, crew, FilmOne Cinema, and the public.
Toyin, who was short of words, noted that this is her first directorial debut on the big screen.

Kemi Filani reported last week that Abraham had revealed that her 2025 Cinema movie, Oversabi Aunty, had crossed over N950 million at the box office. Expressing gratitude, Toyin stated that it felt like a dream.
Last year, the wife of Kolawole Ajeyemi had achieved a milestone after her 2024 cinema movie, Alakada Bad and Boujee, got ranked the 5th highest grossing Nollywood release of all time.
Silverbird honored the actress with a Trailblazer award at the 2024 Silverbird Man of the Year award for being fearless, dynamic and redefining Nollywood.
To celebrate her win, Toyin penned a heartfelt note on Instagram, noting how the award is a reminder that hard work, perseverance, and passion never go unnoticed. She noted that the journey hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has shaped her.
