Tyrese Gibson is reportedly a wanted man after his unleashed Cane Corso foursome mauled his neighbor’s dog to death.

The incident reportedly took place on September 18, per Fulton County Police, who said they received a call from the singer and actor’s neighbor in Buckhead, saying that his dogs were roaming freely in the neighborhood and attacked and killed their 5-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Henry.

A Ring camera reportedly caught the mauling on camera, and reportedly showed Tyrese’s dogs scratching at the neighbor’s door moments before the attack.

Cane Corsos have a historical role in guarding and fighting, but are more often seen as an aggressive breed of dog.

Fulton County Police Animal Services Commander Capt. Nicole Dwyer told 11 Alive News that Tyrese has already received multiple warnings after his dogs were reported running loose on five different occasions. These warnings were reportedly issued just a week before the attack.

Tyrese initially told authorities he would surrender his dogs to Animal Services. But when officers arrived at his home on September 22, he asked for several more days to decide what to do.

Dwyer warned that if Gibson refused to hand over the animals, she would pursue a search warrant. After Tyrese again declined to surrender the dogs, Dwyer obtained both a search warrant for his property and an arrest warrant on a single charge of animal cruelty.

When officers executed the search warrant, Tyrese and his dogs were gone.
