Ubi Franklin, a talent manager, has reacted to one of his fans’s claims that he still loves his ex-wife, Lilian Esoro.

Kemi Filani reported that the former couple had reunited for a second time this year to show support for their son, Jayden at his school’s Christmas party.

In the clip that Ubi shared on his Instagram page, he was captured sitting with Lilian and their son as they posed for the camera.

Taking to his comment section, one fan noted how the talent manager still loves his ex-wife.

The fan identified as Glory Louis27 wrote, “Ubi us so in love with Lilian. She’s a pretty woman and my favorite”.

Ubi Franklin responded to her with laughing emojis.

Another fan identified as Mammi Jacks_Chic wrote, “I wish you guys can reconcile. Forgive and grow your family

One Prisoken2 wrote, “This how people should behave

One Ihems Ngozi wrote, “Please come back together

One Trms Queen Empire wrote, “What’s all this? Go get ur woman back already

One Ifeoma3024 wrote, “Make una do come back together joor”.

The last time the former couple were publicly seen together was in July when they celebrated their son’s 8th birthday. In clips posted on Franklin’s Instagram story, he was seen with his ex-wife as they posed for the camera with their son. Unlike him, Lilian didn’t share a photo of the talent manager on her Instagram page.

Also in July after their link-up at Davido’s wedding, Ubi had spoken about his feelings for Lilian Esoro. He revealed that he still loves Lilian as they share a son, and love will always live there.

Recall that Lilian and Ubi Franklin got married in 2015 and separated a year after welcoming their son. Lilian first filed for divorce in a Lagos High Court, and it was denied. Ubi filed in Abuja, and after years of back and forth in court, their marriage was officially dissolved on January 28th, 2021.

Opening up on their divorce on Instagram, Ubi stated that when one puts up with another without love, then the result is grudges, resentment, hate, and a general dislike.

Also, speaking up on her divorce, Lilian revealed that her marriage was shaky right from their engagement. She noted how many told her she shouldn’t have gone ahead with the wedding, but she doesn’t regret it, as her son is the product of that marriage. She admitted that the divorce took a toll on her, and she fell into depression and had to seek help.
