The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the timetable for the 2025 GCE 2nd Series (November/December) Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations.

According to WAEC, the 2025 GCE 2nd Series will begin on Friday, October 24, 2025, and end on Thursday, December 18, 2025. This will be the first-ever WAEC GCE to be conducted fully via CBT, marking a major step in the Council’s digital transformation of examination processes.

All candidates who registered for the 2025 WAEC GCE 2nd Series are advised to check the official timetable to know the exact date and time of their papers. The full timetable has been made available in PDF format for easy download.

WAEC GCE 2025 Now Fully Computer-Based

WAEC confirmed that the introduction of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) for the GCE is aimed at improving transparency, reducing examination malpractice, and enhancing efficiency in grading and result processing.

Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the CBT environment before the examination to avoid any form of difficulty during the test.
