There is growing tension in Ngor Okpala, Imo State, after a native spiritualist popularly known as Eze Dibia reportedly summoned heavy rainfall to disrupt the ongoing program of Prophet Ebuka Obi of Zion Ministry again today being 8th day of October 2025.

Earlier in the morning, Eze Dibia appeared in a live video, showing scenes of a protest by some residents of Ngor Okpala who accused Prophet Ebuka Obi of allegedly taking their land. In the video, he explained that he had initially delayed the rain because of the ongoing protest, but vowed that it would rain heavily once the protest ended.

Hours later, he released another video showing heavy rainfall around the Zion Ministry area in Ngor Okpala. In his words, he maintained that he would continue to use rain to disrupt the event, warning that anyone who tried to challenge him spiritually would be struck by thunder.

According to a reporter from Igbo History who visited the area, it was confirmed that the rain began immediately after the protest ended, fueling speculations among villagers that Eze Dibia might have truly invoked the storm.

As the situation unfolds, many residents are wondering whose spiritual power will prevail — will the prayers from Zion Ministry stop the rain, or will Eze Dibia succeed in his attempt to scatter the program? For now, Ngor Okpala has experienced rainfall for two consecutive days, leaving many convinced that the native priest is determined to prove his spiritual might.
