The Accord Party has warned that it will not tolerate any individual or group whose actions or utterances seek to undermine the harmony, stability, and unity of the party.
National Chairman, Barr. Maxwell Mgbudem, issued the warning in his welcome address at the party’s National Executive Committee, NEC meeting held in Abuja on Friday.
According to him, there is no faction of the party anywhere across the nation, at both national and state levels.
He said the party remains one united, indivisible family, firmly guided by its ideology of ‘Oneness and Progress’.
“The legitimacy and authenticity of our leadership and internal processes have been strengthened through our judicial victories,” he said.
He however said some individuals have sought to distract the party through unnecessary litigations.
“We should not rest on our oars. The task ahead is enormous as we approach the decisive 2026 FCT council elections, the Ekiti and Osun state governorships polls, and the 2027 general election. Let me also sound a clear note of caution: Accord will not tolerate any individual whose actions or utterances seek to undermine the harmony, stability, and unity of the party.
“With unity, discipline and collective resolve, victory is not only possible, it is inevitable.”
