Taiwo Hassan is my small god Aina Gold says as he speaks on his relationship with Mide Martins Kemi

Nollywood Yoruba actor Aina Gold has spoken about his relationship with colleagues, Taiwo Hassan and Mide Martins.

In a recent interview, he described Taiwo Hassan as his small god. He recalled how the veteran picked, trained, and brought him up despite his stature and height. He noted that Ogogo didn’t think that training him would make movie producers abandon him.

Aina described Ogogo as a good man and said he can never decline or reject his calls.

” He picked me, trained me and brought me up despite my stature and height. He didn’t think that if he trains me and brings me to his standard, people might start calling him for my roles and he might be abandoned.

But he never thought that way. He is such a good man. I give that to him anyway and anytime. That’s why if he calls me for anything or invites me to his hometown, I’ll always answer.

Alhaji Taiwo is my small God in the industry”.

Speaking on his relationship with colleague, Mide Martins, he said he loves many things about her. He said he and Mide struck a friendship through her husband, Afeez Owo, who is like a brother to him and his boss.

He said he and Mide share good chemistry as she is a free-minded and cheerful.

“There are many things I love about Mide Martins. We are very close; her husband, Afeez Owo, is like my younger brother, but he’s my boss. Not even as a producer, but because he has been in the industry before me.

Since we got to know each other, we’ve become very close. I have had the opportunity to work with them a lot because they are good producers. Sometimes, we even shoot at their house or their estate.

Most times when they’re working, Mide and I will sit and gist for a while because our chemistry is very tight. She’s a free-minded human being. She’s very cheerful; you can’t help but like her. “

Unlike Aina Gold, who has spoken highly about Mide Martins, actress Habibat Jinad thinks otherwise. In an interview a year back, Habibat recounted how Mide Martins once insulted her with her skin colour on a movie set. She revealed that Mide’s words touched her so much that she contemplated bleaching her skin.
