With the start of the new school year, the Minister of Education confirms that education is a pillar of building generations that enhances the leadership of the state

Minister of Education Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi affirmed – on the occasion of the launch of the new academic year 2022-2023 today – that the UAE, under the directives of the wise leadership, has placed education among its most important priorities, in line with its strategic aspirations, to achieve its vision of reaching the first places in the world. And to continue the march of excellence in all areas of development, in accordance with a modern educational system that simulates the future and ambitions, because of its absolute belief that it is the basis for building generations capable of competition and strengthening the leadership of the state.

He said that the education sector, which the state has taken as a base to achieve its comprehensive developmental renaissance, is the real bet to make a qualitative leap in various development paths, and in order to continue in the process of construction, we must instill its value and importance in the hearts of our students in public and private higher education universities, as well as public and private schools. And preparing the future generation according to the best educational standards by arming them with the latest sciences and knowledge, while consolidating their moral values, and creating environments that attract competition and creativity, to achieve national achievements and ensure a prosperous future for our country.

He stressed the importance of enhancing the role of parents, families, and society, as partners in the responsibility of building national minds and preparing future generations, wishing everyone a successful academic year, full of giving and hard, fruitful work that contributes to achieving the national educational vision, so that our students are the best in the world armed with science knowledge, and skills for the 21st century.

He called on everyone to adhere to the precautionary measures taken to ensure their health and safety, which is a top priority that all state institutions cooperate to preserve, especially after the educational sector confirmed its ability during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic to meet challenges, and continue education by developing the smart learning system and qualifying teaching staff, and providing Educational possibilities and solutions, according to well-thought-out, systematic and proactive plans, in light of our infrastructure, knowledge tools and positive experiences, in addition to the constructive cooperation made by all parties to the educational process and other entities in state institutions.
