World Geospatial Industry Council announces strategic partnership with Geo Week

The World Geospatial Industry Council (WGIC) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Geo Week – the leading event for geospatial, 3D and built world regions. This partnership will enrich the Jio Week 2023 conference with insights from WGIC members and partners. As part of this collaboration, WGIC will actively participate in Geo Week 2023 scheduled for February 13-15, 2023 in Colorado, USA.

As an event partner, WGIC will collaborate with its partners and Geo Week to contribute to the Jio Week conference program, perform at the event and participate in additional Geo Week education and events. Additionally, WGIC Executive Director, Barbara Ryan, is on the GeoWeek Advisory Board.

During Geo Week 2023, WGIC will organize a joint plenary session with the Management Association for Private Photogrammetric Surveyors (MAPPS), a WGIC partner organization.

In addition, WGIC will also distribute additional conference materials in line with its mission to strengthen the contribution of geospatial industry to society and the global economy in geospatial and built world industries.

Announcing the partnership, WGIC President Ken Moyman said, “WGIC is delighted to partner with the Geo Week conference.
