The newest expansion to World of Warcraft is almost here, and the Collector’s Edition for WoW: Midnight has just been revealed to feature plenty of fun physical and digital bonuses included. Currently, early alpha builds are being tested for some of the expansion content, with a full release date still set for 2026. Therefore, this may feel like an early launch for the Collector’s Edition, but time moves quickly, and the Player Housing System will be made available this December for anyone who pre-purchases.
WoW: Midnight is the exciting second part of The Worldsoul Saga trilogy, and directly follows the events from The War Within. There are several things already known about this dark and foreboding period in World of Warcraft‘s tale, including the highly anticipated introduction of player housing, the rebuilt Silvermoon City, and a treacherous adventure to stop Xal’atath’s plan to destroy the world and everything in it.

WoW: Midnight Preorder And Pricing Information
Three Days Early Access To Midnight With The Collector’s Edition
Pre-orders for WoW: Midnight‘s Collector’s Edition launched on October 1, 2025, at 1 PM PT on the Blizzard Gear Store for US players. The collection costs $139.99 and includes all the above-listed bonuses, including a digital Epic Edition game key. After being added to your Battle.net account, Midnight will then become available for play as soon as the expansion launches its three-day Early Access period, just prior to full release next year.
Pre-orders are available now for the US, exclusively on the Blizzard Gear Store. EU/UK products will be available via regional retailers.
You can also choose to sign up for Beta testing of Midnight once that is available, by choosing the Opt-In option on Blizzard’s website.
Even though the exact release date for Midnight has not been announced yet, anyone who has pre-purchased Midnight will be able to jump into the Housing Early Access on December 2 to start decorating their new homes in Azeroth. Currently, the expansion is still set to debut sometime in early 2026, so that is a lot of extra time to play around with neighborhoods and homes before starting the new game campaign in World of Warcraft.
