Young Thug’s attorneys have filed a motion to amend one of the probation terms he agreed to in his plea deal.

Thugger is currently serving 15 years of probation, and one of the terms states that he is subject to a 10-year ban from the Metro Atlanta area.

Thugger wants the term removed.

“Mr. Williams has family in the metro Atlanta area, specifically in the Atlanta, Georgia area and respectfully requests the ability to reside/visit at times, in his home located in the city in the attached, under seal, document so that he can have family gatherings for holidays and other lawful reasons with his family, friends, and business associates, which is a home already owned by Mr. Williams,” the motion reads.

A week after Thugger took a plea deal, YSL member Yak Gotti was cleared of all charges. YSL affiliate Shannon Stillwell was convicted only on a gun possession charge.

Some fans think the rapper pled out too early as the rapper could have possibly been acquitted of all of the RICO related charges.
