The National Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bolaji Abdullahi, has accused President Bola Tinubu of insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians by neglecting them and not showing concern.
Abdullahi, in a statement on Sunday, lamented that President Tinubu has not demonstrated any atom of care for Nigerians, adding that such an attitude is getting scary.
The former Minister accused President Tinubu of abandoning Nigerians in the wake of bomb blasts in some locations in the country and foreign military action on Nigerian soil by the American government.
According to him, instead of providing words of assurance as the nation’s leader, the President has chosen to embark on a foreign trip.
Abdullahi, in a short statement tagged, “PBAT’s lack of care is scary,” wrote: “In the wake of yet another deadly bomb blast in Zamfara, to which the President has not said a single word; on the back of an unprecedented foreign military attack on Nigerian soil; right in the middle of all the uncertainty it has provoked; with a confused and scared nation waiting for the President to speak to us and assure us that all is well, the next thing we hear is that the President has gone on holiday.

Naijaonpoint reports that Abdullahi’s submission comes in the wake of the confirmation that President Tinubu has travelled to Europe to continue his end-of-year break and to prepare for his official trip to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Special Adviser to the President Tinubu, on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, made this known in a statement issued on Sunday.
According to Onanuga, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, has invited Tinubu to participate in the 2026 edition of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW 2026) Summit, which will take place in the emirate early in January.
